Matt Cannon, Founder

Matt trained at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and then moved to London, where he worked in Guys and St Thomas’s Hospitals as well as London Portland Hospital, which has the largest private audiology department in the country.
Matt founded Sevenoaks Hearing in 2016, and has grown the business over the years, now with 4 clinics across the South East of England. He strongly believes in the superior service that Sevenoaks Hearing provides and genuinely has a passion for improving people’s lives through fixing their hearing issues.

Adam Chell, Lead Audiologist

Adam is a highly experienced and sought-after audiologist, with a passion for delivering personable family-centred care. Having worked for hearing aid manufacturer Phonak, Adam has a unique understanding of modern hearing aid technology which our customers find invaluable. Adam is also the founder of hearablesonline.co.uk – an independent website which provides reviews and recommendations on premium hearing technology.

Claudia Atteih, Audiologist

Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Claudia moved to the UK in 2016, where she was awarded a first class honours in Audiology from the University of Southampton. Passionate about adult rehabilitation, public health and evidence-based practice, she’s determined to improve the standard of healthcare received by those in our society, starting with her patients.

Sue Boys, Sevenoaks hearing centre, kent

Sue Bracken, Office Manager

A mother of four, Sue has been part of the Sevenoaks Hearing family since 2001.

A familiar face to many of our long-standing customers, Sue makes sure we continue to deliver the excellent quality of service that is so important to us – and means so much to our customers. Behind the scenes, Sue is also responsible for making sure the business runs smoothly and professionally.

Janice Atkins, Accounts Manager

Mother of six Janice is the newest member of the Sevenoaks family, having joined us in 2019. She loves meeting and greeting our customers and will often be the first person to welcome you when you arrive at our clinic. Behind the scenes, Janice plays a key role in the daily running of Sevenoaks Hearing.

Pam Griffin, Receptionist

A mother of four and grandmother of three, Pam joined the Sevenoaks Hearing team in 2017. Having previously worked as a skincare advisor for Chanel, where she assisted a number of famous clients, Pam never underestimates the importance of first-class customer service and a commitment to quality.

Since joining Sevenoaks Hearing, Pam has been busy welcoming all our clients as if they were VIPs. She is also excited to be part of a company that makes a real difference to peoples’ quality of life.

Kim Hall, Receptionist

Kim has lived in Banstead for over 30 years. She’s always been passionate about helping others and has done a huge amount of work for charity – from raising over £50,000 for the Royal Marsden Hospital to cycling across Cuba! Kim also runs a charity in memory of her nephew, for which she organises regular quiz nights, music days and other events.

Always on the lookout for new ways to assist the local community, Kim joined the Sevenoaks Hearing family for the opening of our Banstead branch in 2017.
