From the moment you walk through the door of our clinics, we make sure your journey to better hearing is unhurried, relaxing and professional.

We won’t give you a sales pitch or pressure you into making a purchase – after all, the only person who can make a decision about your hearing is you. What we will give you is information. We’ll take time to answer all your questions and explain everything clearly, so you understand what the results of your hearing test mean and what your options are.

If you require, we can also arrange home visits.

Unlike some care centres, we are not linked to a single hearing aid manufacturer and do not receive commissions. Our only interest is making sure you receive the best service and impartial advice based on decades of experience.

Because we’re not affiliated to a single manufacturer, we can also offer you the choice of hundreds of different hearing systems. This means we’ll make sure you find an option that feels tailor-made for you.

State-of-the-art technology

Like your thumbprint, your sense of hearing is incredibly nuanced and personal to you. Using the latest tests, we can build a clear image of this unique hearing profile and pinpoint the exact source of your hearing problems. To solve these problems, we use the latest generation of hearing aids, which are so small only you will know you’re wearing them.

Ongoing aftercare

After your brand new hearing system is fitted, you’ll want to go out and enjoy the wonderful feeling of your restored hearing. To make sure this feeling lasts a lifetime, we’ll continue to see you every few months to recalibrate your aid and make sure everything is performing perfectly.

Matt Cannon, Founder & Lead Audiologist

Matt trained at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and then moved to London, where he worked in Guys and St Thomas’s Hospitals as well as London Portland Hospital, which has the largest private audiology department in the country.
Since 2002, Matt has worked in leading hearing care clinics in Kent and Sussex, building his reputation within the local community. During this time, he has become known as one of the area’s most respected practitioners.

Sue Boys, Office Manager

A mother of four, Sue has been part of the Sevenoaks Hearing family since 2001.

A familiar face to many of our long-standing customers, Sue makes sure we continue to deliver the excellent quality of service that is so important to us – and means so much to our customers. Behind the scenes, Sue is also responsible for making sure the business runs smoothly and professionally.

Lyn Dean, Receptionist

Since joining us in 2013, Lyn has become an indispensible part of Sevenoaks Hearing.

As well as ensuring our customers are always greeted with a warm welcome, Lyn is trained in the repair and maintenance of hearing systems – a vital part of our service.

Behind the scenes, Lyn does lots of important work including bookkeeping and liaising with hearing aid manufacturers. But her first priority is always (in her words), “service, service, service.”

Neil Daniel, Clinic Manager

Neil has been in the audiology sector for more than 22 years. During his career, he has worked for two of the world’s leading hearing aid manufacturers both in the private sector and the NHS. This background gives him a unique understanding of hearing aid technology and how to advise clients on the best designs for their lifestyle.

As clinic manager for Sevenoaks Hearing, Neil prides himself on getting his clients the best possible service and outcome from their chosen hearing aids.

Pam Griffin, Receptionist

A mother of four and grandmother of three, Pam joined the Sevenoaks Hearing team in 2017. Having previously worked as a skincare advisor for Chanel, where she assisted a number of famous clients, Pam never underestimates the importance of first-class customer service and a commitment to quality.

Since joining Sevenoaks Hearing, Pam has been busy welcoming all our clients as if they were VIPs. She is also excited to be part of a company that makes a real difference to peoples’ quality of life.

Kim Hall, Receptionist

Kim has lived in Banstead for over 30 years. She’s always been passionate about helping others and has done a huge amount of work for charity – from raising over £50,000 for the Royal Marsden Hospital to cycling across Cuba! Kim also runs a charity in memory of her nephew, for which she organises regular quiz nights, music days and other events.

Always on the lookout for new ways to assist the local community, Kim joined the Sevenoaks Hearing family for the opening of our Banstead branch in 2017.
